That was great mate I enjoyed that 👍🏻 I love it down that part of the country 🌞🚲
Well… Troye’s shows certainly have evolved!
Another great vlog Mark. What happened to being a vegan? 😉 Eggs are just a staple for a healthy diet aren’t they. Take care mate. 😊👍
@@SteveBrill thank you so much Steve, I’ve gone back to a vegetarian based diet and I missed the natural protein from eggs and they’re so versatile and nutritious. Have a great week buddy 🙌
Brilliant ride Mark! That’s e-bike territory! Cornwall always looks so lovely and hope Holly is doing well. 😊
@@SteveBrill thank you Steve, I think my legs could’ve done with an e-bike mate 🤣🙌 and Holly is doing really well thank you ☺️
Nice one Mark! Those lanes with the grass in the middle looked awesome, old and forgotten! The road less travelled for sure! Enjoyed watching it mate. Beautiful place in any weather. Good work Frosty! :D
@@ryankaldesic430 thank you so much Ryan, I hope you’re well mate? It is a beautiful place to ride a bike I haven’t say 🙌
@@MarkFrostCycling yeah I'm good thanks mate. I've not ridden a bike for around 4 years now 🫣😔. Lost my mojo. I will be back at some point!
So so well done !!❤ loved watching this ! You are amazing Amy & great supporter/teamie in Mark
@@andreawoolcott1903 thank you so much for watching Andrea. Amy was brilliant and it was a fantastic event 🙌
@@andreawoolcott1903 thank you so much for watching Andrea. Amy was brilliant and it was a fantastic event 🙌
Interesting ride. Scenic and quite hilly apparently. Beautiful coastline. Looks like a great place to be. When you say “caravan” in Australia we assume that it has wheels and towable behind a vehicle. There are “ on site” vans where the vans are semi-permanent and may have some sort of annexe structure around them but the basic van is still a towable vehicle. Interesting how word definitions change from country to country. All the best.
@@jeffturner8927 thank you for watching Jeff I hope you’re good and it does fascinate me the way language and words and they mean change from country to country. The coastline in Cornwall is absolutely stunning. Have a great week.
A high ' Bonkers' count on this video Mark.
@@jeffoss Hello Jeff, it was bonkers central and I couldn’t help myself 🤣
Mark, Thanks for the Caravan tour and the ride! 🚴♂

How did the swim go was the sea cold
@@RBean47 the sea was freezing but once I was in and swimming it felt so good and the water was so clear!
Enjoying my vacation in France. What an amazing day being at the finish line of stage 8 of the Tour de France. I wish I had my bike with me 😢 😅
@@SPMech1 Oh Bob I hope you’re having a wonderful time in France 🇫🇷 and watching Stage 8 must’ve been amazing buddy!? 🙌🤗
morning sea dips, on your own or with friends and family... it is magical.
@@BF-eb4xs I totally agree and I need to do more of it 🙌🤗
not been outside for a few weeks 😞
Last week was so lovely with the weather you made the right choice as you say to get out and make the most of it and I bet you are glad you went to bed when you did the night before
those lanes look very tight. Good job you didn't meet a car coming in the opposite direction (or a tractor. I seem to recall one of your vids featured a tractor race or group event)
wardrobe malfunction at 0:53...
I remember the old vlogs when u would take us to ur office cabin with the bike 🚲
Just watched on the TV, and now it's time to comment. Good to see you happy Mark. And those roads looked extremely quiet. Nice ride. And yes, it is very nice to cycle on old roads. I am very tempted to make my way down to the Midlands ride, but I would have to get up very very early....so not so sure.
@@DuncMcNutt hello Duncan you are more than welcome to stay at our place the night before if you wanted to? Then it would be a 2 hour drive from ours to the midlands ride 🤗
I played your video this morning as I rode on my indoor trainer in California...great company! Training for the Tour de Big Bear in August 😀
@@marcuspartridge11 that’s fantastic Marcus, thank you for watching and I hope it all goes smoothly for the Tour de Big Bear in August, it sounds absolutely wonderful mate! Let us know how you get on! 🙌
@MarkFrostCycling thank you, I will! It'll be 70 miles and 5,000 ft of climbing up in the mountains of Southern California
I thought I was watching a James Bond movie when I saw the gentleman in a Tuxedo..........Frost, Mark Frost 😊😊😊😊 I almost spit my tea out when you told the pine cone story..........🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 What a great ride.........beautiful roads and scenery Oh and I see you're Big Bang Theory fan also ! ! ! ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@SPMech1 Hello Bob, thank you buddy I really did enjoy the work event all dressed up, it was a great night and honestly that pine cone scared the hell out of me 🤣🤣 Yes I love Big Bang and watch it most evenings in the week as they show 4 episodes back to back 🤣🤟🙌
My team, Scotland, were abysmal in the Euros. I am now supporting any team which plays England.
@@jimmyjohnstone5878 hahaha Jimmy, we are absolutely useless
@@MarkFrostCycling Bugger. Goal for England in the last seconds. They will probably win now.
I hate having to dress up. Nowadays I refuse. There's nowhere I want to go which requires it. Hotels really ought to have Aircon.
@@jimmyjohnstone5878 I totally agree Jimmy, the hotels should have aircon. I hope you’re well mate
Isn't the summer weather just brilliant! 13 degrees here again today. At least it's dry today. I tried a ride yesterday outside. It hurt. A lot. Just felt like someone was sticking a knife into my right lower rib cage at every single tiny little bump on the road. So, I have been ill with virus and chest infection, as I know you have Mark. So could it possibly be that Amy also has been and it's not just a squashed rib cage by that pony, but maybe also something like what I have as I haven't been squashed at all? I'm now into my 4th week I think and starting to become a little bit fed up with it all. Just hoping I will be ok for 2 weeks time!
@@DuncMcNutt ah Duncan it’s horrible isn’t it buddy, I really hope you get better soon and I’m sure you’ll be okay for 2 weeks time. It took me almost 4 weeks to get better and I still have the off coughing moment! I’ll definitely mention to Amy about your rib issue too as that could also be part of the issue for her 🤗
Back on it

Nice ride strong Mark with plenty of elevation very well done,👍🌞
@@terryb392 thank you so much Terry, have a great weekend buddy 🙌
Hey Mark you just said it is 10 degrees nice summers day we had 11 degrees over night in the middle of winter so cold cheers
@@peterjamieson5430 hello Peter I hope you’re good. We had 30c here earlier in the week, I was down south near London (vlog to follow)!
@@MarkFrostCycling sounds better I was in England last June did a three week bus tour of great Britain unfortunately I didn't get a chance to catch up with you . A friend and his wife and I are working on going to London next year hope to catch up then cheers
I did a 53 Mile group ride last Saturday to raise money for PTSD dogs for our veterans. Its was a HOT day! ! 98 Degrees 😊 I'll be in France next week visiting family and there for the finish of Stage 8 of the Tour de France. I'm so excited ! ! ! Might try to see some part of Stage 9 also. Glad to see you were able to get out for a ride Mark. Good luck on the run. Get well soon Amy. Relax, recuperate and enjoy your ride along the Canal ! ! ! ! !
@@SPMech1 that’s amazing Bob and what a wonderful charity to raise money for and in that heat too! Oh my days have a brilliant time in France 🇫🇷 visiting family and the TDF, that will be incredible!! Enjoy my friend 🙌🤗
I’m currently on my summer holiday at my summer house and I finally got on my bike for a ride today, after only doing boat maintenance for a week🥲 Next weekend I’m doing a big gravel event across the border between Norway and Sweden and I’m very much looking to that. In August I’m doing an even bigger, multi day gravel event of 400 kms and 8000 meters of climbing😮 Have a nice summer and speedy recovery to Amy!
@@VeloViking hello Velo, that sounds amazing mate!! Good luck for the big ride, that sounds like an amazing event! 🙌🤗💪
Hi both. I can only do Ebike these days but I am still getting out on minor roads and forest trails near home here in coastal Aberdeenshire. There have been some sunny warm days recently so it's been good to get out along the coastal path to a little harbour for a swim in the sea, a cafe cake and coffee, then cycle home. Hopefully you will both be fully fit soon.
@@jimmyjohnstone5878 hello Jimmy that’s so good that you’ve got an e-bike and get out especially in Aberdeenshire and head for a swim in the sea! Have a great weekend mate 🙌
Nice ride and vlog Frosty. 👍
@@SteveBrill thank you so much Steve, have a great weekend mate
I like the Styrkr products.
@@edwin_slager they are brilliant Edwin aren’t they 🙌
Well done superb effort 💪
Top vlog mate, not really done anything since Flatlands and just getting over a cold myself. Nearly a 1000ft in 5 miles with a cold, I’d call before well before 8 😂
I hope you’re feeling better soon my friend 🤗 look after yourself and hopefully see you soon
Nice to see you back on the vblog! I also use strykr endurance rice bars they are very good 👍 take care
Thank you Marie 🙌 I hope you’re good. I’m looking forward to trying the gels and bars
That breakfast looked amazing. Fantastic views, sometimes you have to do the right thing and listen to your body. Get well soon x❤
It was delicious Heidi 😋 thank you for watching and see you soon! 🙌x
Hey Frosty...the products are not called STRIKER...take another look at the spelling on the packs. Have you now noticed ? Its Styrkr. There is no 'r' after the 't' and no 'i' anywhere to be seen either. Just thought I would pull you up on your mispronunciation . You are bonkers.
Thank you Jeff I have now looked properly 🤣🙌 and I’ve actually googled how to pronounce it, everyday is a school day 💪
No problem Mark , hope you recover very soon.👍🏼
You still sound rough Mark. Take it easy. And listen to your body. Get well soon mate. I can’t have the Stykr products. Most have things in I react too. I’m struggling with that at the moment, looking for products that are ok.
Thank you Duncan 🤗 I think Amy was going to message you about the tests you had done. I hope you find suitable products soon buddy
Sorry your not feeling great mate😒 it's horrible when you can't get out on the bike so take it easy as your running next week and need the energy. The frame bag looks really good 👍🏻
Thank you so much Paul 🤗
Hope you feel better soon Mark. Feeling it for you, mate.
Thank you so much James 🤗
Top tube bag's definitely ruin the look, but I do like the look of a frame bag. Hope you're feeling better soon
Thank you for watching Andrew and I’m glad it’s not just me that thinks the top tube bags ruin the look! 🙌🤗
I went back to work today with what I would say the same viral infection that you may have. Two weeks ago, just felt like a heavy cold, four days later it kinda floored me. I took four days off work last week and still feel I should be recuperating more - rather than going back today. I was struggling at work today, my temperature is more or less back to normal, but my taste, smell and dry throat, cough is ongoing. There is some viral thing going about at the moment.
I hope you’re feeling better soon mate, you’re right there’s definitely a viral thing going around at the moment and it’s nasty! Like you it completely floored me for a few days and I’m still not back to 100%
Great ride Mark.........short and sweet.......even though you weren't feeling 100% Take care of your self and recover for your 10K HAPPY FATHERS DAY ! ! ! !
Thank you Bob 🙌 hopefully this week I can get back to my normal self!
Get on the Styrkr mate ,been using for a year or so, the mix 90 is excellent 👍
Superb mate I will do! I’ve only heard good things about it so I’m looking forward to trying it 🙌
Covid test Mark?
I might get one Don 🙌
@@MarkFrostCycling 👍👍👍
Clearly not your day, hope you're feeling better soon.
Thank you mate 🙌
Glad you enjoyed your ride near York. The monument marks The battle of Marston Moor, which took place in the evening of the 2nd July 1644, and is believed to have been the largest battle ever fought on English soil. I go out with the York Wednesday Wheelers and very familiar with your route, nice to see in on You Tube.
not saying Duncam isnt :-)
Found your channel through Mr McNutt, but find you so positve and great to watch. Blue skies at 7am isnt bad either :-) Thanks
Thank you so much for watching I really appreciate it 🙌 and you’re so right blue skies at 7am is the best thing! I’ve had a cold all week so haven’t been out riding at all (or running or swimming) but hopefully that’ll change I can get out over the weekend ride and vlog! 🙌☺️
